First and foremost, I am a people person. I’m naturally curious, equal parts creative thinker practical strategist, and intrinsically motivated to make a difference.
My work focuses on leadership development, organizational transformation, communication, and human potential. In the age of AI, I believe being human will emerge as the key differentiator of individual and organizational success, favouring those who intentionally cultivate their HI.
As the creator of the BACE™ Method and a Human Performance & Identity Consultant, I partner with leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams to cultivate HI in a world increasingly shaped by AI. Because I believe AI can accelerate execution, but it cannot replace self-awareness, judgment, trust, courage, creativity, or authentic leadership.
